Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. rice
  2. egg
  3. vegetables
  4. seafood
  5. meat
  6. salt
  7. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add diced onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until softened.
  6. Add frozen peas and carrots to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.
  7. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add beaten eggs to the other side.
  8. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them in with the vegetables.
  9. Add the cooked rice and cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
  10. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  11. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
